Do we still need to log into Lofty?
Yes and no. You can log in anytime to view reporting, analytics, or lead data on demand, but you do not need to log in for any setup, configuration, or campaign management because our team handles everything for you.
What if we already have Lofty set up?
Perfect. We’ll start by auditing your existing setup, cleaning up any inefficiencies, and then maintaining it moving forward.
There’s no need to rebuild — just optimize, automate, and manage.
How do requests and updates work?
Each client is assigned an account manager or admin contact.
Requests can be sent via email or Google Chat (depending on your plan).
Turnaround times vary by tier — typically within 24–72 hours for Care and Growth plans, and same-day for Premier clients.
Can you create landing pages for new listings or promotions?
Yes. Landing page creation and automation setup are included in the Growth and Premier plans.
Care clients can request pages as an add-on whenever needed.
What if we add or remove team members?
We’ll adjust lead routing, automation assignments, and CRM access whenever your team changes.
